SELECTED WORK
BIG IDEAS ARE FUN.
I REALLY LIKE THE PART WHERE WE MAKE THEM REAL.
Over the years, I've worked behind the scenes with founders, agencies, growing brands and community projects to turn ambitious ideas into launches, funnels, websites, campaigns, customer journeys and systems that actually work.
Some projects start with a beautifully thought-out strategy. Others start with seventeen tabs, three voice notes and someone saying, “Okay, I have an idea.” I like both.
Here are a few things I've helped bring to life.
THE WORK BEHIND THE WORK
IT’S RARELY JUST A WEBSITE.
OR JUST A FUNNEL.
OR JUST AN EMAIL.
The best projects usually involve connecting a lot of moving pieces. The message has to make sense. The customer journey has to make sense. The tech has to work. And somewhere along the way, the thing actually has to get finished.
That's the space I tend to work in.
STRATEGY + DIRECTION
Making sense of the idea and deciding what actually needs to happen.
BUILD + IMPLEMENTATION
Turning the plan into pages, funnels, emails, automations and working infrastructure.
MESSAGING + JOURNEY
Connecting what you're saying with where you're asking people to go.
LAUNCH + OPTIMIZATION
Getting it out into the world, watching what happens and making it better.
FEATURED WORK · 01
LOCAL POLITICAL CAMPAIGN · KELOWNA, BC
FROM “I’M RUNNING” TO A CAMPAIGN PEOPLE COULD ACTUALLY FIND, UNDERSTAND + GET BEHIND.
A local school trustee campaign needed more than a website. It needed a clear digital home for the candidate, the platform and the people who wanted to support it.

THE STARTING POINT
THE STRATEGY
Richard Gauthier was preparing to run for School Trustee in Central Okanagan Public Schools. He had decades of experience in the local school district, deep roots in the Kelowna community and a clear reason for running.
What he didn't have yet was the digital infrastructure to turn that experience into a campaign.
The job was to take everything that existed in conversations, notes and ideas and turn it into something voters could quickly understand and act on.
We built the campaign around a simple message:
LISTEN. LEAD. PUT STUDENTS FIRST.
From there, the entire experience was organized around answering the questions a voter would naturally have:
Who is Richard?
Why is he running?
What does he care about?
How can I support the campaign?
The goal wasn't to overload the site with political copy. It was to make Richard's experience, priorities and personality easy to understand while creating clear paths for people who wanted to get involved.
WHAT I BUILT
Campaign messaging + positioning
Website copy + content architecture
Wix website strategy + build
Volunteer journey
Candidate bio + priorities positioning
Lawn sign request pathway
Typeform volunteer integration
Mobile optimization
Donation page + payment setup
Social platform integration
Campaign graphics
Digital campaign infrastructure
THE RESULT
One connected digital home where a voter can meet the candidate, understand what he stands for, get involved or support the campaign without having to hunt for the next step.
Strategy, messaging, UX and implementation working together instead of living in four different folders.
A FEW MORE THINGS I’VE HELPED BUILD
DIFFERENT BUSINESSES. DIFFERENT PROBLEMS. SAME GENERAL OBSESSION WITH MAKING THE PIECES ACTUALLY WORK TOGETHER.
My work has lived across personal brands, education businesses, communities, digital products, events and growing companies. Sometimes I’m brought in for the strategy. Sometimes I’m brought in to build. Very often, it turns into both.
EDUCATION BUSINESS · DIGITAL FUNNELS + CUSTOMER JOURNEY
TURNING A LIBRARY OF EXPERTISE INTO A CUSTOMER JOURNEY THAT ACTUALLY MAKES SENSE.
For an established Pilates education brand, the opportunity wasn’t creating more expertise. There was already plenty of it. The work was connecting existing digital products, lead magnets, email journeys and teacher training offers into a clearer path from first interaction to deeper investment.
Offer strategy · Funnel strategy · Lead magnets · Landing pages · Email campaigns · Automations · Customer journey · Launch strategy
PERSONAL BRAND · BOOK LAUNCH + DIGITAL CAMPAIGN
A BOOK LAUNCH WITH A LOT MORE GOING ON THAN “HEY, MY BOOK IS OUT.”
For a personal brand preparing for a book launch, the campaign connected live experiences, pre-order bonuses, lead capture, email promotion, replay strategy and automation into one coordinated launch journey.
Launch strategy · Campaign planning · Landing pages · Email marketing · Lead capture · Automations · Live event journey · Replay strategy
GLOBAL COMMUNITY · CAMPAIGN + MEMBER EXPERIENCE
TURNING A 12-WEEK IDEA INTO SOMETHING HUNDREDS OF MOVING PIECES COULD ACTUALLY LIVE INSIDE.
For a global entrepreneurial community, I helped shape and build the marketing and member experience around a multi-week accountability sprint, connecting promotion, registration, community infrastructure, live calls, reminders and ongoing engagement into one cohesive experience.
Campaign strategy · Community experience · Email marketing · Registration journey · Automations · Event communications · Member engagement · Digital assets
AND THAT’S KIND OF THE POINT.
I’m not especially interested in forcing every project into the same package. I’m interested in figuring out what the idea needs, then helping make that happen.
OKAY, YOUR TURN.
WHAT’S THE THING YOU KEEP SAYING YOU’RE GOING TO BUILD?
Maybe it’s still an idea. Maybe half of it already exists. Maybe there are seventeen tabs open and you’re no longer entirely sure which one contains the plan. You don’t need to have it figured out before you reach out. That part is kind of my thing.
No perfectly polished brief required.
