THE PERSON BEHIND THE POST-ITS.
I’M CASS, A MARKETING STRATEGIST IN KELOWNA, BC.
I MAKE BIG IDEAS MAKE SENSE.
I didn’t take the traditional route into marketing. I learned it by building businesses, working inside them, getting thrown into rooms where I had to figure things out, and becoming relentlessly curious about how all the pieces fit together.

Today, as a marketing strategist in Kelowna, BC, I help founders turn big ideas into clear strategies, campaigns and systems that actually move their businesses forward.
Strategy. Implementation. And a brain that genuinely loves figuring things out.

THE NOT-SO-LINEAR VERSION
I DIDN'T SET OUT TO BUILD A MARKETING COMPANY.
Before marketing, I worked in administration across industries ranging from tax and restoration to healthcare.
I learned how to work with people. How to stay organized when there are a hundred moving pieces. How to solve problems. How to communicate. How to be the person people could count on when something needed to get done.
Then, in 2018, I entered the online business world while building a high-ticket network marketing business of my own.
And I became obsessed.
Not just with social media, but with the entire ecosystem behind an online business: brand building, content, email marketing, customer journeys, campaigns, funnels, audience growth and the psychology behind why some ideas connect while others don't.
I started a podcast. Built my personal brand. Taught myself everything I could get my hands on.
And eventually, somebody noticed.
ONE OPPORTUNITY TURNED INTO A CAREER I NEVER PLANNED.
Through the brand I'd built online, I was approached by Traffic Hive, a UK-based agency working with major entrepreneurs and personal brands.
I left my job in tax administration and stepped into my first full-time role in the online business world.
Suddenly, I was working inside an agency environment supporting projects connected to entrepreneurs and brands including Russell Brunson, Grant Cardone, Brandon Dawson and Gerard Adams.
It was a crash course in high-level digital marketing, social growth, client success and project management.
But more importantly, it showed me something about myself:
"I COULD HANDLE THE ROOM."
The bigger the project, the more moving pieces there were, the more I wanted to understand how everything worked.
That experience gave me the confidence to keep saying yes to opportunities that stretched me.
And they kept coming.
THE LAST SIX YEARS
I KEPT BECOMING THE PERSON PEOPLE TRUSTED WITH MORE.
From there, my career evolved quickly.
I began working alongside entrepreneur Balazs W Kardos across the Global Prosperity Movement and Diamond Life businesses, eventually becoming part of the core team helping build, operate and grow an international online business ecosystem.
And through a relationship that began during my Traffic Hive years, I later joined Melissa and the Brand LAB team, where my work expanded even further into client strategy, launches, brand development, offers, lead magnets, funnels, websites, email marketing, client experience and the detailed marketing roadmaps behind growing businesses.
Every role added another layer.
CLIENT SUCCESS TAUGHT ME TO LISTEN.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT TAUGHT ME TO SEE DEPENDENCIES.
OPERATIONS TAUGHT ME HOW BUSINESSES ACTUALLY FUNCTION BEHIND THE MARKETING.
STRATEGY TAUGHT ME TO ZOOM OUT.
IMPLEMENTATION TAUGHT ME THAT A BRILLIANT IDEA MEANS VERY LITTLE IF NOBODY CAN FIGURE OUT HOW TO EXECUTE IT.
HOW MY BRAIN WORKS
GIVE ME THE 37 MOVING PIECES.
BIG PICTURE + TINY DETAILS
I can see the entire customer journey and still notice the button that's sending people to the wrong page.
CREATIVE + SYSTEMATIC
I love the idea just as much as I love figuring out the automation that makes the idea work.
STRATEGY + EXECUTION
I don't want to stop at telling you what you could do. I want to figure out how we're actually going to do it.
CURIOUS TO A FAULT
I'm largely self-taught because when something catches my attention, I go deep. I learn the platform. I research the strategy. I test it. I figure it out.
And yes, an ADHD brain that can become wildly fascinated by a problem has turned out to be pretty useful in marketing.
MORE THAN MARKETING
I'M INTERESTED IN WHAT YOU'RE ACTUALLY TRYING TO BUILD.
I'm not much of a surface-level person.
When someone tells me about their business, I don't just hear the website they need or the funnel they're stuck on.
I start seeing what it could become.
The connections. The opportunities. The thing they're not seeing yet. The five ideas hiding underneath the one they originally came to me with.
I've always had a strong intuition for people, and I care deeply about their dreams. That's probably part of why strategy feels so natural to me.
I'm not interested in forcing someone's business into whatever marketing formula happens to be popular this month.
I WANT TO UNDERSTAND THE VISION FIRST.
Then we build marketing worthy of it.
Human Design people: yes, I'm a Projector. This will surprise absolutely no one.
THE PART PEOPLE DON'T SEE
I BUILT MY CAREER AS A MARKETING STRATEGIST IN KELOWNA, BC IN THE MIDDLE OF A REAL LIFE.
I'm also a mom of three.
Which means none of this happened in some perfectly optimized entrepreneurial bubble.
I built my career while raising a family, managing packed schedules, learning new skills, taking opportunities that scared me, changing directions and occasionally wondering how on earth I was going to fit everything in.
I've gone to college twice for things that have very little to do with the career I ultimately built.
I've changed paths. I've started over. I've taught myself what I needed to know next. And I've kept going.
Partly because I'm extraordinarily stubborn. Taurus. What can you do?
But mostly because I've always had a bigger reason.
I want to create an incredible life for my family.
I want my kids to grow up seeing that the path doesn't have to be linear, that changing direction isn't failing, and that you can build something meaningful even if you didn't have the whole plan when you started.
Maybe that's also why I have so much respect for founders with enormous dreams.
I KNOW WHAT IT MEANS TO CARE DEEPLY ABOUT WHERE YOU'RE TRYING TO GO.
WHY C TIPPER MARKETING
EVENTUALLY I REALIZED SOMETHING.
For years, I'd been helping other people build.
Their businesses. Their offers. Their launches. Their systems. Their ideas.
And I loved it.
But after years of developing this strange and wonderful combination of strategy, operations, client experience, creative thinking and hands-on marketing execution, I realized I could build something of my own around it too.
THAT'S C TIPPER MARKETING.
Not a giant agency. Not a content factory. Not a consultant handing you a 60-page PDF and wishing you luck.
It's a place for ambitious founders with meaningful ideas who need another brain in the room.
Someone who can see what you're trying to create. Someone who can make sense of the moving pieces. Someone who will tell you what I think. And someone who's just as interested in getting it built as dreaming it up.
A FEW THINGS I BELIEVE
GOOD MARKETING SHOULD ACTUALLY HELP YOU BUILD THE BUSINESS YOU WANT.
STRATEGY SHOULD LEAD SOMEWHERE.
YOUR MARKETING SHOULD SOUND LIKE YOU.
A gorgeous plan collecting dust in Google Drive isn't strategy doing its job.
Not me. Not your competitor. Not whatever everyone on Instagram decided was converting this week.
YOU DON'T NEED TO KNOW WHAT YOU NEED BEFORE YOU CALL ME.
BIG AMBITION AND BEING A GOOD HUMAN CAN COEXIST.
Diagnosing the problem is part of what you're hiring me for.
In fact, those are exactly the people I want to work with.
ENOUGH ABOUT ME.
TELL ME ABOUT
THE THING YOU CAN'T
STOP THINKING ABOUT.
Have a business that's outgrown its marketing?
A launch you can't quite get out the door?
A half-built funnel?
An offer you're convinced could be huge?
Or just a giant vision and no clue which piece to tackle first?
Perfect.
You don't need a polished brief. That's kind of the whole point.
